Place was good quality and modern, enjoyed the stay.

Had brand-new and compact room, it included an electric kettle, air conditioning, and an individual safe. The view was NICE. The location was central, great for a main street and a gallery located next to the hotel.

It was a good small and fabulous hotel in a domestic area, just off the centre of town, the cafes and restaurants and 5 minutes walking distance to the main square. Comforts of modern and compact classic double room luckily with airco were fabulous...

Had a pleasant stay on holiday, everything was nice. Helpful and attentive employees helped us a lot. It offered us unbeatable location near railway station, a square which also accommodates a central taxi rank, railway and bus station and the centre of Villach. It also was in the Austrian mountains.

Nice hot and extensive breakfast offered in a family atmosphere. Had excellant location close to train station and modern rooms. The stuff was very very helpful and attentive and solved our problems immediately.

The location was convenient next to the train station, better than we ever had before. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Lagana Restaurant & Bar.

It was in a central setting next to a supermarket. The breakfast was hot and exceptionally good - a great selection of dishes. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating and an absolute pleasure.

The place is well-kept, the staff are accommodating.

Rooms are perfectly clean with a balcony and a kettle, food is tasty. A railway station is adjacent to the venue.

Our economy twin room was more than silent. Everything was great, including hot and reasonably good breakfasts with salami and local cheese and honey.

My room was new-fashioned and compact, had a nice size bathroom. Overlooked mountain. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was exceptional!

That was lovely small and well-kept hotel set in local area, right by the bus station and pretty much all downtown shops. We had the family room which was good sized with the window open. The staff was skilled and excellent, very good service.

I chose this hotel for a product showcase and it proved to be the perfect venue for both work and leisure. The central location, clean rooms, good breakfast, and helpful staff enhanced the overall experience.

The only service I missed for my work was the lack of included air-conditioning in the room. It was a bit unexpected to have to pay extra for ventilation.

Had excellent stay in this perfect hotel, the staff were amiable, location was wonderful opposite station & taxi rank. Generally everything was nice, though the bathroom was tiny. We stayed here for 3 nights and greatly enjoyed the place.
